Good Food, Good Mood: A Vibrant Digital Experience for an Award-Winning Cookbook

A massive, 23-page digital transformation for a Prince Edward County institution—replacing a dated Shopify store with a high-fidelity e-commerce experience and custom booking system.

A detailed, high-contrast photograph of a potter's hands using a carving tool to refine the edges of a ruffled ceramic bowl on a pottery wheel.

The Challenge

Yellow Studio is a Picton staple, but their digital presence had fallen behind their physical craft. Their old Shopify site felt dated and relied on amateur iPhone photography that didn't capture the "tenderly made" quality of the work. With over 100 products and a new need for kiln retreat bookings, the business was outgrowing its technical foundation. They needed a site that could handle high-volume retail while telling the deep, textural story of the pottery-making process.

The Solution

The Result

The result is a 23-page digital powerhouse that has redefined the brand's online authority. By pairing high-fidelity photography with a modern e-commerce architecture, Yellow Studio now has a site that ranks for local search and converts global customers. The client gained total Digital Independence, managing a complex store and booking engine without the "technical debt" of their old Shopify site.

*Built to the Lumen Standard. Managed (and potentially mangled) by the client. Technical glitches and layout shifts are 100% theirs.
