Modernizing a Prince Edward County Winery Pioneer
Waupoos Estates is the pioneer of Prince Edward County wine, but their digital presence had become a massive liability. Trapped in a "WordPress mess" of broken links, inconsistent branding, and amateur iPhone photography, the site was a technical and visual bottleneck. It offered zero booking capabilities and failed to communicate the beauty of the 100-acre waterfront property. For a premier small business, this was a dangerous "money bleed"—a site that looked cheap and forced customers to look elsewhere to complete a reservation.

I executed a total digital restoration, handling every touchpoint from art direction and custom photography to video editing and copywriting. I moved the entire ecosystem to Wix Studio, building a bespoke, "un-boxed" layout focused on speed and high-fidelity performance. To bridge the operational gap, I integrated complex booking systems for tours and dining and used Generative AI to enhance specific visual assets. This removed the "junk code" and developer dependency that had plagued their previous setup, replacing it with a high-performance engine designed for conversion.
