We build our websites exclusively with WIX Studio, the professional agency level software by WIX. Formerly known as Editor X, we firmly believe that Studio offers small businesses the most creative options while maintaining technical accessibility & affordable hosting plans.
That's a hard no. All our websites are wire-framed and built from scratch, section by section. For projects with limited budgets we will use advanced AI tools to create visual references for client projects before building from scratch in WIX Studio.
Yes, the site is yours for as long as you're with WIX Studio. We are site collaborators so we can help with updates and changes as needed. Lumen Design maintains the site copyright under Canadian Copyright Law.
Yes, you can change things, but we urge caution when you do. When your site is complete & launched, you will become a site collaborator with content-only access. This means you can change text & photos whenever you need without worrying about site design.
We do! We can create a robust shopping experience for your clients using a Content Management Systems (CMS) that easily allows you to add new products anytime.
Hosting is a monthly (priced annually) fee that WIX Studio charges to keep your site safe & sound. Hosting pricing depends on what your site requires - from a basic starter site to a more complex E-commerce shop.

Excellent question - we handle this for you. There are two parts to the puzzle. The first is your domain (e.g. www. mybiz.ca). The second is switching your host server. We make sure the transition is seamless so your new site propogates quickly across the interweb without hiccups.
